Several of the System 700 Blocks belonged to a former Roland engineer and were painstakingly restored by our synth tech, Steve Jones.

The full system is now in virtually perfect condition and includes 3 main cabinets, 3 sequencers, 3 keyboards, 26 VCOs, 16 VCFs, 18 VCAs and 12 dual envelope generators.

Most of the Blocks are in their standard configuration, although there are some custom Blocks, including a custom main cabinet and a Sequencer chassis filled with non-sequencer modules.

The System 700 is connected to an Osmose keyboard and Haken Control Voltage Converter for incredibly expressive four voice polyphony.

There are also a number of rack-mounted Dot Com modules available, including a quantizer for the sequencer.

It is truly capable of incredible sounds and we can’t wait to see how it gets put to use.
